- Q: Does the price include set up and delivery?
Yes, additional fees may apply for areas 20 miles from Idaho Falls. Prices on website do not include sales tax. If we need to set up on concrete, asphalt, or indoors we need to add a fee of $25.00 per unit which would include sand bags and tarps if needed.
- Q: Do we deliver to other locations?
Yes, we deliver in other areas of Eastern Idaho, but we do charge a delivery fee. Please call ahead of time to get a current quote for delivery.
- Q: Does the 8 hour or 4 hour rental times include our set up time?
We arrive earlier than the start time requested so you have the full rental time.
- Q: When do we set up?
That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally we arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up the day before. To prevent any problems, we will call 48 hours before to confirm that someone will be at the party location.
- Q: We’ve rented some really dirty jumps from other companies in the past. Are they always that dirty?
No. The jumps should be clean when you get it. Bounce Your World LLC. cleans and disinfects after every rental.
- Q: Do we have to keep it plugged in the entire time?
Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That’s why we require an outlet within 50′ of the unit of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our blowers already have 15′ cords attached to them.
- Q: What about parks? Do parks have electricity?
We set up at parks but most parks do NOT have electricity. If you want to set up at a park, you must rent a generator unless you have contacted your local park and reserved a section with available electricity. Also, there are parks that do not allow water slides to be set up. Please check with the park if you are allowed to set up a water slide or inflatable at their location.
- Q: What payments do we take?
Credit cards, check or cash are acceptable.
- Q: What if we need to cancel?
Please check out our policies page for details at privacy policies
- Q: Do we require a deposit?
All orders require a $53 deposit. The deposit is refundable if a cancellation notice is made within 48 hours. In addition, the deposit is refunded due to cancellation as a result of inclement weather.
- Q: How big are the jumps?
Most of our jumps (all of our characters jumps for example) are 15’x15′ which is a little bigger than many companies rent. Please note the space required for each jump (listed near the large picture) as some are VERY big and require extra space. When in doubt, measure your space to make sure it will fit. Jumps need room to be staked and they need room for the blower and can’t rub against walls or trees as this may damage the jump. The sizes listed with each jump include the space needed for stakes etc. If you have stairs or a tiered backyard, please call our office to discuss options for setup.
- Q: What about the big jumps? Any special requirements?
Check the requirements listed with each jump. Also, make sure you have at least a 5′ access to the area where it will be set up. The jumps can weigh up to 650 pounds so we need a clear path with enough room.
- Q: What surfaces do we set up on?
Dry units can set up on Grass (preferred), asphalt, and concrete. Water slides and dry slides can only be set up on grass.
- Q: Can we see a copy of your contracts and safety rules?
Yes. An email with your receipt invoice, rental agreement, and rules for the units is sent to you once you’ve made a reservation. In addition, you may contact our office at (208)716-5714.
Below is a link that includes a copy of our rental agreement and some rules for our unit rentals.
- Q: Are we responsible for the unit if gets a tear or damaged in any way?
Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds, using silly in the unit, moving the unit to a location other than where it was originally setup.) You will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower ect which can cost thousands of dollars.
